There is a Varsity All Star team, a JV All Star team (Freshmen & Sophomores) and an 8th Grade team.

May 21 - 2-4pm - Columbia playing fields - Camp/Tryout

June 4-5 - Nashville trip for Test Matches and the USA Rugby South Camp
June 11 - Match versus Illinois All Stars
June 18-19 - Denver Regional All Star Tournament - This is the premier event of the All Star programs. Representatives with USA Rugby and Colleges with scholarship opportunities will be present.
There is also a Heart of America All Star team made of up of players from the Kansas side that Park Hill United players can choose to play for. That team practices locally and will also be traveling to Denver. I will have more information about that team soon. Players who want to tryout for All Stars can only compete on one team.

parents meeting:
At the parents meeting on 2/29 Heather Fisher discussed ways parents can be involved. These include helping us by washing jerseys after matches, helping to collect money at the gate at games we play at the stadium, providing snacks/drinks for tournament days, etc. If you are interested in getting involved please contact Heather at 816-830-3696 or at hfisher82@gmail.com
Also, should we qualify for State we will be doing a fundraiser to pay for the trip to Jeff City. Heather will lead the charge in organizing this fundraising opportunity.

overview

Park Hill South Rugby was formed in 2010. We are a highly competitive rugby team focused on developing young men, growing the sport of rugby and having a lot of fun. Our team is open to all boys attending Park Hill South High School. We compete in the Kansas City, MO area. Rugby is a spring sport. We are always looking for more guys to join the team. Rugby is a high-energy game with a lot of vigorous speed, contact and action.
